QA (Manual + Automation)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business requirements, functional requirements (FRD), and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, CRM, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Validate data flows across modules (end-to-end business processes).
• Conduct API testing for Odoo integrations with third-party systems.
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Participate in release management and ensure smooth deployments.
• Suggest and implement improvements in the QA process and automation coverage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in ERP/Odoo projects.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ERP workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
• Experience in API testing tools (Postman etc.).
• Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Odoo Project, or similar).
• Knowledge of automation testing (Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
