Responsibilities:

• Custom Development: Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
  
• Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  
• Module Implementation: Implement Odoo ERP modules including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.
  
• Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve Odoo-related issues.
  
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure high quality, performance, and maintainable code.
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Odoo customizations and integrations.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or on-site implementations.
  
• Client Communication: Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve queries effectively.
  
• Professionalism: Demonstrate dedication, reliability, and accountability in all aspects of work.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Programming: Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
  
• Odoo Expertise: Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, workflows, and QWeb templating.
  
• Database: Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
  
• Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and XML for front-end development.
  
• Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  
• Communication: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
