Role Summary

Responsible for driving ERP (Odoo) B2B sales across mid-market segments by managing full-cycle sales from lead qualification to deal closure while maintaining strict CRM and reporting discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

  • Monitor CRM for new leads and inquiries
  • Conduct qualification and discovery calls
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates

Outbound Prospecting

  • Daily outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn
  • Schedule discovery meetings

Solution Selling

  • Conduct requirement gathering
  • Coordinate with delivery for scope validation
  • Prepare proposals, milestones, and pricing

Proposal & Closure

  • Submit accurate proposals
  • Negotiate commercials within approval framework
  • Drive deal closure

Coordination

  • Align with delivery team for feasibility
  • Participate in solution discussions

Reporting

  • Daily activity updates
  • Weekly pipeline review
  • Monthly revenue forecast

Account Management

  • Follow-up for collections
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Maintain client satisfaction

KPIs

  • Monthly Revenue Target
  • Qualified Leads Generated
  • Proposal Conversion Ratio
  • CRM Hygiene Score
  • Collection Efficiency
