Responsible for driving ERP (Odoo) B2B sales across mid-market segments by managing full-cycle sales from lead qualification to deal closure while maintaining strict CRM and reporting discipline.

• Odoo events

• Partner referrals

• WhatsApp inquiries

• Community platforms

• Marketplaces and business directories

Ownership

• First response to all inbound leads

• Lead qualification

• Social engagement

• Community nurturing

• Marketing-to-sales conversion

Core Activities – Inbound Lead Management

• Respond to inquiries within SLA

• Qualify leads

• Schedule discovery calls

• Route opportunities to appropriate sales owner when required

Core Activities – Social Selling

• Engage with prospects on LinkedIn

• Monitor comments and messages

• Participate in industry communities

Nurture dormant prospects

Reporting

  • Daily activity updates

Account Management

  • Follow-up for collections
